About Our Water Filtration Crew in Highland Park

We are a small water filtration company serving Highland Park, TX and nearby towns. The technician who tests your water is the one who sizes the system, installs it and comes back to change the cartridges. You deal with the same few people, and they already know your plumbing.

Why we stay small

Most filtration problems trace back to a detail someone missed. A carbon tank sized for the wrong flow rate starves the showers upstairs. A reverse osmosis membrane installed without a sediment prefilter clogs in months. A bypass valve left half open sends unfiltered water to the kitchen. These mistakes show up most when one person sells the job, another installs it and a third answers service calls, and nobody holds the whole picture.

So we keep the crew small on purpose. The technician who draws your water sample reads the results with you, recommends what fits and does the install. When your filters come due, that same technician knows where your main shutoff is, which housing takes which cartridge and what your water pressure read on the first day.

Staying small also means we turn down work that doesn't make sense. If a hardness test comes back low, we won't sell you a water softener. If an under-sink reverse osmosis unit at the kitchen tap answers your concern, we won't push whole-house carbon filtration to cover it.

How a job runs with us

  1. 01

    Test before we recommend

Every recommendation starts with water testing at your tap. We check what matters for your question, such as chlorine, hardness, iron or lead from older lines, and we show you the numbers. Equipment gets chosen from those results, not from a catalog.

  2. 02

A written estimate, line by line

Filter housings, media, valves, fittings and labor are listed separately so you can see what moves the price. We offer free installation and a lifetime warranty on the majority of parts. If we find corroded galvanized pipe or a seized shutoff valve where the system will go, we show you a photo and talk it over before anything changes.

  3. 03

    Careful installs and cleanup

We lay down drop cloths and fit a bypass valve, which lets us isolate the filter housings on later visits while the taps in your home keep running. Every joint gets pressure-tested before we pack up. Old parts and packaging leave with us.

  4. 04

Service from the people who installed it

Sediment cartridges, carbon media and RO membranes each wear out on their own schedule. We record yours at install and handle filter replacement and maintenance ourselves, so each visit starts with someone who already knows your setup.

Where we work

We work in homes across Highland Park, University Park, Dallas, Irving, Farmers Branch, Addison, Carrollton, Richardson, Garland, Mesquite and Cockrell Hill. Because the crew is small, we book visits ahead rather than squeezing jobs in, so the technician named on your estimate is the one who arrives at your door.
